Exchange and return of products
If you do not fit the size or model, you can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To do this, you need to familiarize yourself with the following our rules:
How to exchange or return an item
You need to fill in:
- Application for the return of goods, indicating the reason;
- The act of returning the goods.
Additionally, you must provide:
- A document confirming the purchase of the goods: a delivery note or a cash receipt (attached to your order);
- A document proving your identity;
- Receipt of the returned funds (in case of cash payment).
Requirements for goods to be returned
To return, you must provide the product in its original form: without damage and traces of use, with original labels, tags and in the original packaging. If the product was purchased as a set, it must be returned in its entirety.
The rules for the return of goods purchased in the online store “KARDINAL” are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they are delivered to our warehouse after the 14-day deadline, or if the condition of the goods is different from that in which you received them.
Exchange / Return of goods within Odessa and in Ukraine
You can issue an exchange or return at the KARDINAL store located at the address: Odessa, st. Rishelevskaya, 24
The KARDINAL store is open every day from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00 or until the last customer.
If you plan to make an exchange, please contact us at 050-105-99-99. The contact center consultant will reserve the goods for you, which will be waiting for you at the store’s checkout.
If you plan to make an exchange, the contact center stylist will reserve the product for you and ship it after receiving the return.

A refund
After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund your money.
Refunds are made in the same way that you paid for the order.
Please note that when paying with a bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card.
