How to exchange or return an item<\/h3>\n

You need to fill in:<\/p>\n

  1. Application for the return of goods, indicating the reason;<\/li>\n
  2. The act of returning the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Additionally, you must provide:<\/p>\n

    1. A document confirming the purchase of the goods: a delivery note or a cash receipt (attached to your order);<\/li>\n
    2. A document proving your identity;<\/li>\n
    3. Receipt of the returned funds (in case of cash payment).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Requirements for goods to be returned<\/h3>\n

      To return, you must provide the product in its original form: without damage and traces of use, with original labels, tags and in the original packaging.\u00a0 <\/span>If the product was purchased as a set, it must be returned in its entirety.<\/p>\n

      The rules for the return of goods purchased in the online store “KARDINAL” are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.<\/p>\n

      We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they are delivered to our warehouse after the 14-day deadline, or if the condition of the goods is different from that in which you received them.<\/p>\n

      The KARDINAL store is open every day from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00 or until the last customer.<\/p>\n

      If you plan to make an exchange, please contact us at 050-105-99-99.\u00a0 <\/span>The contact center consultant will reserve the goods for you, which will be waiting for you at the store’s checkout.<\/p>\n

      If you plan to make an exchange, the contact center stylist will reserve the product for you and ship it after receiving the return.<\/p>\n

      After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund your money.<\/p>\n

      Refunds are made in the same way that you paid for the order.<\/p>\n
